Hargreaves Enterprises Ltd operates one ‘Privacy Policy’ across all our venues, websites and apps. Hargreaves Enterprises Ltd is a family company which includes the following businesses, BAHA (, The Fizzy Tarté (, Lake View Garden Bar, Born Noisy ( & Hargreaves Enterprises ( These businesses will make up what we will refer to as ‘Our Sites’. As a family company we value the privacy of everyone who visits any of our websites, apps or venues and we’ll only collect and process data in a way which is mentioned below and in a manner that is consistent with Our obligations and your rights under the law.

Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site, when you enter one of our venues, websites or download one of our apps. These entities hold data worldwide but in full compliance with GDPR standards and we vet all entities we chose to work with prior to working with them. At all times we remain the controller of the data and we do not sell any data on to any 3rd parties.

4.2 Depending on the reason why we are processing your data will dictate the retention period we will hold your data for. For example, all bookings made through ResDairy will be held on record for 3 years. 5.1 We operate full transparency regarding our marketing and follow the industry standards of 2 step opt in to always try and make sure we have your consent. At any time you can update your marketing preferences by access our portal here.

6.1 Our CCTV is owned and operated by Our Sites.

6.2 We have security procedures in place to protect this information and control access to it.

6.3 This information is collected for security purposes and for the safety of our customers.

6.4 Recordings are kept for a length of time-based on the legal requirements of each premises licence.

6.5 CCTV recording is only operated in public spaces.

6.6 Access to our CCTV is given to 3rd parties where necessary to meet our legal requirements and for the safety of our customers.

Our Sites would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

7.1 The right to access - You have the right to request from Our Sites a copy of your personal data. This is a free service however we may charge you a small fee if you require multiple copies or the information or there is an excessive amount of data gathering to fulfil your request.

7.2 The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Our Sites correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Sites complete information you believe is incomplete

7.3 The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Our Sites erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

7.4 The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Our Sites restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

7.5 The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Our Sites processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

As well as this we take a collective approach to our business where everyone is listened to and able to raise concerns or issues. This enables any faults, improvements or errors in our GDPR to be rectified as and when they arise.
